India is ready for bilateral dialogue: Sushma Swaraj
As resistance in Kashmir seems to have gained momentum, Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said that her country is ready for dialogue with Pakistan as long as no third country is involved as arbitrator.
She said that the Kashmir issue can only be resolved bilateral as was agreed in the Simla Agreement. According to Times of India, Swaraj said Pakistan cannot take the Kashmir issue to the International Court of Justice. She was speaking about the achievements of the external affairs ministry on the completion of three years of the Modi government.
